Chicken Feta Burgers

1 pound uncooked extra lean ground chicken breast
1  teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 teaspoons ranch seasoning mix
chopped onion
7 tablespoons low fat feta, crumbled


In a medium bowl combine chicken, oregano, garlic powder, ranch seasonings, onion and mix together.  Form into four patties and press feta into the middle.


Grill or broil until well done, 7-8 minutes per side.


Serve on buns with onion, lettuce and roasted red peppers.
  
Weight watchers 7 points plus.
