12 ounces dry fettuccine pasta
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup butter
8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Boil fettuccini in salted water until al dente. Drain.
Combine milk, cream
cheese, butter, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Stir on low heat
until smooth, then stir in grated Parmesan cheese until blended. Toss
with pasta with sauce and serve warm.
