1/2 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup sugar
3 cups powdered milkdash of salt
Sift (or run through food processor, which is what I do) all ingredients. Store in a dry place.
I typed up the recipe,
cut it out with decorative scissors and stuck it to the back of the jar
with contact paper. This way my kids can mix together a new batch when
this runs out.
I also included instructions on making the hot cocoa under the recipe.
To make Hot Chocolate:
Add 2-4 tablespoons to 8 ounces of boiling water.
Serve with marshmallows, chocolate chips or a dollop of whipped cream.
