2 cups cheap white wine, or broth
1 stick of butter
1 onion
salt and pepper
fresh rosemary
Rinse the turkey and pat
it dry. Cut off any undesired skin and discard. Salt and pepper the
breast. Put it in the crock pot breast side down.
Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours or on high for 4-6. I think we cooked ours on medium for 6 or 7 hours. Remove from crock pot and let sit 20 minutes before carving. This turkey breast turned out amazingly tender and flavorful.
