In
a small bowl, mix together chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder,
red pepper flakes, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper. Store in an
airtight container or use immediately.
For tacos...use about 2 tablespoons per pound of ground beef depending on how spicy you like it. Add 3/4 water per pound or so.
For Chili...use 2-3 tablespoons per pound plus 8 oz of tomato sauce and 16 oz or so of water.
