1 pound turkey
1 teaspoon minced garlic (or more)
1/2 chopped onion
salt to taste
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 cups rice, cooked
Cheese for topping
Heat over to 400°.
Prepare the rice according to instructions.
Brown the turkey with the onion and garlic. Season with salt. Addthe tomato sauce, chicken broth simmering for 5 minutes. After it has simmered add the rice.
Prepare peppers, cutting them in half and removing seeds. Stuff peppers with turkey mixture.
Cover with foil and back for 35 minutes. Remove foil, served topped with cheese of choice.
